Establish significant tax breaks for businesses that are majority worker owned. The number of worker owned companies will then expand. These jobs will not be outsourced. Profits will be shared by the workers who will reinvest and spend in their own communities instead of taking the money out of the community. Worker owned factories are less likely to try to skirt environmental or safety regulations because they would be polluting their own backyard or hurting themselves. A worker owned company is not going to have huge differences in salaries between executives and workers.
